    Baked Cod

    2 1/2 cups coarsely crushed Ritz crackers

    1 egg

    1 cup vegetable oil (to fry)


    Position the catfish in to a sauce pan and add sufficient water to hide the fish. Permit the water to find a boil and cook the fish until it’s well done. It must flake well using a fork. Drain out the lake and mash the fish having a fork or potato masher. Add the mustard, Old Bay seasoning, egg, cracker crumbs, onion, and salad dressing. Mix the ingredients well. Now you should prepare the skillet for frying. Pour the oil in and provide it to a medium-high heat. Press the fish mixture in to the type of a patty and fry either side within the oil until well done. Drain the surplus grease by using a paper towel.

    Creamy Tilapia


    4 tilapia fillets

    Butter-flavored spray

    4 tsp margarine (melted)

    2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

    2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed

    1 tbsp lemon-pepper seasoning

    4 tsp cream cheese

    5 tbsp lemon juice, in order to taste

    2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed


    Grease a baking sheet and set the tilapia around the sheet. Give them a light spray with butter-flavored spray. Drizzle a certain amount of melted butter and freshly squeezed lemon juice over each fillet. Season with lemon pepper along with 2 tbsp dill. Bake at 375 degrees F for approximately Quarter-hour, or before the fish is performed. It will flake easily which has a fork.
